With a heavy heart, I have to downgrade my review on uncasville Quick Lube. Unfortunately I paid for the Wynn,s engine flush, for $97.83, the price isn't a concern, I was fine paying that amount. I would have paid more, because that's what I wanted, a radiator flush, is emptying out all the old coolant, putting a detergent in, cleaning the system, and reinstalling new coolant. That is not what I got, what i received, was the technician sucking the fluid out of the engine coolant overflow tank, and forcing liquid back in. He did this two times, and said I was all set. It took 20 min max. On my way back to work, the car started to get hot, as soon as I got to work, the coolant was leaking out from the cap. I called them and they said, "it's industry-standard and that's how radiator flushes are done now." Well I definitely had a problem, so I went to Goodyear, the very next morning, they performed an engine flush, It took about an hour. They emptied out all the old antifreeze, and they put the cleaner in. I had seen them do it. They filled it back up with new antifreeze, and I had been told that "there was a lot of air trapped in the cooling system. That was why the car was over heating." I called quick lube to tell them that I wanted a full refund. The manger said he would call me by the end of the day, after he talked with the owner, he never called me back. There are pictures included with this review, showing the Wynn,s flush service that they offer on there webpage, I didn't get that. What other services are they providing that aren't being done correctly??
