Bought some rather expensive shoes from this store. Three months later the soles began to fall off! Called to ask the best approach for replacement and was put on hold for about twenty minutes before I hung up. Two days later I drove the thirty minutes to bring them in and was given the run around by two different staffers. They refused any store credit and told me to contact the manufacturer direct. How about sparing me months of down time and hassle and stand up behind the products you sell! Go to a local retailer where they appreciate a return customer. Apparently this store doesn't need them.
Why can't I use my casino points to shop at your online store??
My last visit to this Denali location did not end up with a purchase BUT I would still recommend this store among those interested to buy quality products. Patagonia, Polo, Lacoste, Michael Kors, Nike, New Balance, Ugg, Rockport, Sperry, Merrell, Dansko and Ray Ban ARE some of the product lines you can expect to get from this store. Not bad really.
Never a Problem! I have bought there since it opened as Trailblazer. 4 Canoes ,Northface Summit Parkas , Fossil bags, 1000's spent there never any problem most staff eager to assist some more knowledgeable than others (same at any other place) Accommodated my Family members seamlessly when I arranged for them to use my Sun Points. Wife brought back Hikers I bought for her absolutely no problem with refund.
Best selection of any trailblazer store I have been to! Unfortunately I felt the staff were extremely rude!
