If I could give this company zero stars I would, they don't even deserve one! Going in for the eye exam was no problem however, do not EVER buy glasses or lenses from this company!! After using MY frames that I bought elsewhere several years ago, while putting in the new lenses they destroyed my frames! Took no responsibility for it, told me "oh it happens"...I have been wearing glasses since second grade and I am now 30 years old, I'm not dumb there is NO reason my frames should be destroyed. After many arguments and several phone calls they finally agree to replace them with the exact same frame per my request. All was well and good, I gave them the benefit of the doubt as they had done the right thing and FINALLY taken responsibility for their actions....I go to leave only to find out they decided to keep MY original frames in "exchange" for the new ones because they felt they were "entitled" to them in return for having to purchase new frames in place of the ones they destroyed. No, you are not "entitled" to keep the frames that I spent my money on that you so kindly destroyed. Never shop here! They could care less about the customer.
I had an appointment and I realize that we in eastern Ct had major storm event. I really think it might have been a bit professional to call and tell the folks that had appointments that one they didn't have power and two the entry way to the office was dug up. The answering service was very polite and professional. I wasted an entire afternoon because of that appointment. I do not recommend them and I will never use them again.
