Called and paid for flowers to be delivered at the hotel i would be staying at for my one year anniversary with my wife. Woman on the phone explained everything would be taken care of and reassured me things would go as planned. Well i check into the hotel and managment tells me they delivered the flowers a week early, and when asked if they want the hotel to call me the flower shop said no they would call me and fix the situation. Well guess what. I have not recieved any phone call, no new flowers were sent on the correct date and now im sittin here at check in knowing when i go upstairs now there will be NO FLOWERS for my wife to walk into. So good for a romantic gesture and so good for good buisness. To top it off the florist is closed today so im left looking like a idoit 50$ out and no flowers.
