I was here this past Thursday to get a set of keys copied. The employee who cut my keys was named Angelo. He walked away while they were in the machine which I thought was strange but I thought nothing of it. Until I got home and was locked out of 2/3 doors he made copies of. (I had already dropped off the original keys to a friend). I went back and asked another employee if this is common and he said absolutely not. Unfortunately They had Angelo come back only to be rude and not even apologize for my inconvenience of being locked out. He said the keys matched up perfectly so they should work. I Told him obviously not because I was locked out of two doors so I need new keys. no apology, just attitude. Very unprofessional employee and I was highly disappointed with this service.
I would give this one no stars it didn't even have the letter that the Waterford store said it had and a Waterford store so that had 17 this place makes me incredibly angry because I wasted fuel my time and my money to get up here to find what I was looking for and didn't find what I was looking for it seems like they don't know how to do inventory or control their inventory what about if I was on the job and I off this week and I needed a certain product if anybody goes to this Home Depot expect to be disappointed what about if somebody was on the job and they were here to make money and what about if they say that time is money. I don't know how much they actually look for the letter I think they should look harder for it the two stores Waterford in Montville should have been coordinated with each other instead of saying oh yeah we have it oh no we don't have it I am very angry about this place I'm very very very angry plus the fact I didn't get any rain check and they couldn't even order one
I usually prefer to shop her over Waterford but this visit changed my mind. I needed to have few cuts made to a piece of T-111 and it took 30 minutes to find an employee to do so. Front staff was so helpful but everyone else could have cared less.
Needs better employees. Half the time asking another customer is more helpful
