Everything was very nice except the lobby was too small for continental breakfast or to check in. Bed is soft. Staff is nice enough. Did not like the safe fee they put on your bill automatically. You have to make sure you tell them you didn't use it at the end date of your stay or you will get charged for it. Concession stand is also a bit pricey. I payed 6 bucks for 2 bottles of water. Convenient that it is near casinos. Free wifi is nice.
Great location, very close to Mohegan Sun and absolutely worth staying there instead of the casino. Free breakfast for guests. Rooms are nice and roomy. Service was nice and quick for a one night stay. The only bummer is they don't sell beer at the hotel, but that didn't take away from the stay.
Pleasantly surprised but... Micro really sums up the room. Small but nicely appointed. Good for one night but not much longer. We slept well - even with a room facing the road and on the first floor. Cobwebs in the recessed light fixtures in the guest room were not reassuring. Breakfast was OK. Limited selections and the waffles did not cook through evenly. Front desk staff were pleasant and responsive. They removed the "optional" $1.50 per night room safe fee without argument.

The people who work there are very welcoming and considerate. The rooms are nice as well, my only complaint would be the lighting in the rooms, ours was pretty dim. We only stayed for 1 night but it was very nice
That said, this is NOT a hotel you stay at unless all your plans are at the casino. There are very few options for food or other typical 24-hour needs unless you're at the casino. Otherwise it's a great option for a budget trip to the casino!
