My husband looked at me....I looked at him and said we are done! We walked to the door, my husband said do you want to buy the supplies? Nope not here, never again! And one star is too much! Treats can insert their standard response and it will fall on deaf ears! Shame on you....if Ronnie was there this would never happen!

Not sure who the reviewers who had poor customer service, but we bought a hot tub today from Treats and they were very friendly. While it's obviously not installed yet, we chatted with the owner Ron for 45 minutes, he was extremely personable and helpful. A very positive experience

Today wanted to buy a season worth of supplies and talk about having a new pump placed in the spa....we waited and waited and were subjected to lewd jokes coming from the back office. I looked back there and a young girl came out laughing....after the joke about shaving her hooch...which also had lewd comments about tacos and such...Jesus can I just get some service!

She asked if we needed help and I asked to speak to the spa guy....she said he was busy with someone and he would be out soon.....we waited and waited....more construction jokes and laughter. Another young girl asked if we were being helped and we said we would like to talk to the spa guy.....she said it's the guy with the glasses and he was helping someone at the time....

In the last 4 summers I have spend over $5,000 at treats which includes a new liner for my pool. This past summer I put my house on the market and wanted a professional (Treats) to come cover the pool, so it would stay on. Previous winters it has fallen off. As soon as I came home from work and saw the way they put the cover on, I told my husband it would fall off the first time in rained. He said that Treats guaranteed that it wouldn't and sure enough it did. I spent $400 to have Treats close my pool and the cover didn't last a week before falling off. The came out and blamed a tear in the liner for the cover not staying on. All summer the pool was open with no holes and all of sudden after them working on it there was a "tear" in liner. GIVE ME A BREAK! The liner was from them and was less then 2 years old !!!! And of course the warranty on it just ended too.

No complaints here. After reading some negative reviews about Treats and talking with other pool store representatives we decided to go with Treats. They were very helpful ,friendly and knowledgeable people. Pool was ordered in a timely fashion as promised and the contractor and work crew were very professional and also friendly. They showed up on time when they said they would be here which was one concern of mine. Five stars from start to finish. We feel pretty confident that if there are any future problems with our pool we will be treated in the same manner.

Well this is the last straw...been purchasing chemicals for both spa and In-ground for 15 years...multiple small customer service issues throughout this time and shame on me for going back all those years...Purchased an 8 person Tiger River 12 years ago from Ronnie...have had pumps replaced and heater over the years by Treats. Had new liner and full water fill in our pool by Treats several years ago....it wrinkled on the bottom in one week....they said it was due to the pool structure so we lived with the wrinkle on a 4K job. So you can see we have spent some chunk of change over the years....

If I wanted to waste energy and time I would have sued them but it's not worth it for $400. If they desperately need that money... Then they can keep it.

The employees who come out are actually really nice and helpful but the owner(s) (I believe his name is Steve and his wife) are the type of people that when they shake your hand you need to make sure you still have 5 fingers left.

Do you think Treats would refund me any of my money and come get their cover from the bottom of my pool?!?!?! Nope!!!!!!! After spending $5k with them you would have thought they would value you my business as least enough to refund me half. Anything ... Would be better then the nothing I got.

It's going to be extremely hard for you not go to this place if you own a pool in the Norwich/Montville area. But don't go !!!

10 more minutes with more filth from the back room....no other customers but my husband and I walking thru the aisles. The woman came out who he was helping we strolled around some more hoping to see the guy "with the glasses"....nope, Evan strolled by flipping a wrench in his hands laughing.....perhaps he was still laughing about "cookies and tacos".

You can find a better place who will value your business.

I will never go to them and I will advise you to do the same. Go on home advisor and find someone else.
