Pennell's is a fantastic Auto Center. Everyone who works there is such a pleasure to deal with. I made the appointment with Joe, the owner, who was able to schedule me quickly to make the repairs and maintenance I needed. Grace called me promptly with the cost quote prior to them doing any work. Then when I went to pick up my car it was less than they had told me because Mike finished the job faster than expected and they gave me that labor savings! My car drives like its brand new again and I couldn't be more pleased. They are honest, efficient and great at what they do.
