I bought a 2009 Ford Focus last year. The car was in great shape when I got it with a high trim package as well. The approval process was easy, pay stubs and a piece of mail. The car drove great for about a year until I had a miss-fire in my engine. They were quick to diagnose the problem and warranted all the work. Jamie, the service manager was quick to inform me of the repair process and overall I'm really impressed with their work. I've driven about 5k miles since the repair and my car runs like a top! I've recommended two friends to Shantok since and happily cashed my referral checks! I'd defiantly buy from them again.
