There aren't many Chick-fil-A's in NY, so finding one in CT was amazing. Food was delicious and definitely lives up to the hype. Remember to request the Chik-fil-A sauce!
Everything is great, food, staff ,clean.
Prior to today, this was our favorite fast food restaurant. Four of us entered at 11:30am. Two children, two adults. We all ordered a #1. The bread was stale like crumbling apart. The chicken was old, maybe even refried. I did not eat mine. The other three people within one hour were sick in the bathroom, sweating and sick. I did bring it to the manager attention. He offered us new food or a free breakfast. I politely told him what he should do for us is not serve old food to anyone else and to throw away what he had premade. Awful experience. Do not eat at the Store in Mohegan sun.
I have been to many Chick-fil-A resteraunts in the South and it is one my favorite places to go for fast food. This place doesn't even come close. Every visit there we are disappointed. Every order always has something that comes out wrong. Today was the last time I eat at this Chick-fil-A. My grilled chicken sandwich was cold and my wife's fried chicken was soggy. We ate it anyways and both of us regret that decision. Both of us feel sick. Guess we will just drive to RI next time we have the cravings for Chick-fil-A.
