Menu had a lot on it. I got the steak tacos on a lettuce wrap. Lettuce they used was not meant for wraps. It was good, but when you wrapped the lettuce with the meat it fell apart. They need to use a more sturdy piece of lettuce to have this concept. The steak was over cooked, dry. Seasoning was there just think it would have tasted better the first time around. Also 15.00 for three extremely tiny tacos is ridiculous! I understand that we are at a casino, but please be more realistic and give a girl more than 3 pieces of meat.
We went here when the place first opened and found it to be very good and clean but we probably won't go back. The french fries were dripping and oil and unappealing and my husband's hamburger was cooked to death. If the staff had ever come by to inquire how our food was we would have let them know. We had a flag down two people to be able to check out.
Not sure what the concept is, I think about his travels. It kinda worked.
Our server was polite, checked up on us twice. Even the manager came over to check up on us.
Loved the dinner menu. Breakfast menu not so much,probably the reason why it wasn't that crowded. Would be nice to see some fresh fruit,cereal/granola,egg white omelets or even some gluten free breads. Instead they had tons of eggs,cheese,pork,sugary French toast and pancakes. How about some healthy options.
We visited on 12/29 for happy hour and were VERY disappointed. We sat at the far end of the bar towards the kitchen and almost left due to how disheveled the area was around us. It was a smelly trash barrel literally right in front of us at the they finally moved it out of the way. It was also disconcerting that the area near us by the stairs was being used as storage. It was a full of boxes, staff coats and purses and the trash barrels.
We've eaten here a few times, mostly breakfast, and we never leave disappointed. Pancakes and egg sandwiches are our go-to meals and these are excellent along with the portion sizes. They have an expansive happy hour and drink menu too!
The location itself was nice. Plenty of televisions. Plenty of tables, just think more two people tables would be nice. Chairs are not comfortable. Chairs in the bar area look more comfy. Bathrooms were gross, not sure when was the last time they cleaned them. Don't like how there is one toliet, the place is big enough to have more than one toilet. Couldn't find the soap dispenser, took me a little bit to find. I had to look up and to the right, normal people would out the soap dispenser ...idk near the sink?! Mens bathroom was worse.
I was there 12/30 to see the Kevin Hart show with my boyfriend. We decided to stop in to Toms to grab a bite to eat before the show started. We ended up getting the calamari, Mac cheese with shrimp and lobster, and the prime rib sandwich. Unfortunately after eating eveything me and my boyfriend were SEVERELY sick about an hour after. From that point on our night was just ruined, We had to miss the show due to us being so sick. I called the next day to speak to a manager about it and they were extremely rude, unprofessional, and uncaring about the situation, which is a huge disappointment. One of the managers who was a male told me he wasn’t going too “argue with me about it” even though I wasn’t arguing I just wanted to inform them that we were sick so they should check out the food to make sure no one else gets sick from it. They also told me that no one else complained so there was no way We got sick from eating their food. Even though that was the only thing my boyfriend and I had to eat that whole day. I don’t usually write bad reviews but just by the way the managers handled the situation and talked to me was absolutely horrible. Safe to say I will never return to this restaurant again.
The restaurant was almost full and yet there had to be eight or ten tables there that couldn't be used.
Went here for the first time tonight. It was ok. The guy that was seating people dressed a little sloppy.
