The service is terrible. Bartenders couldn't careless they had any customers. Never felt more unwelcomed. Will not be back.
very nice inside. very good service at the bar. but $9.00 for a small watered down drink,REALLY!
Worst dining experience ever! Took over 20 minutes to get drinks. Food was even slower coming out and was mediocre at best.
Food would have been a 5, service was a 1. The service was awful. We had two people working with us and I'm not even sure which one was a waitress, no one checked on us. We had three meals with fries and had to get up from our table to ask for ketchup. We asked for our water refilled and waited over 10 minutes before having to remind them. We explained we wanted three separate checks at the beginning and explained what would be on each of them and they still asked us as the end who was paying for what. I wish the service had matched the food because then it would have been a 5 star review.
Just left Genos worst service ever! Ordered chowder and 2 clam dinners. They were put of chowder which was fine, but they only brought 1 meal and plates for us to split it. We told them it was suppose to be 2 0rders waited so long I canceled. Then they had the nerve to charge for chowder they didn't even have! I'm so disgusted I will never give them another nickel nor send anyone there!
